In our first meeting with clients, we understand the business and the requirements. We gather all the information, it is the first step of our process.
In our second meeting we come up with ideas and strategies that comprise of solutions for the requirements of our clients. These solutions are based on research and feedback.
At this stage, we implement the strategy and supervise the execution of the plan. Our plans are based on feedback received from the clients, their customers and the industry-specific requirements.
